Dean founded Vancouver Rehabilitation in 1984, and later founded Camas Physical Therapy and Salmon Creek Physical Therapy. He was raised in Vancouver and received his physical therapy degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, Ill. He and his wife have raised five children in the Vancouver area and they are now happy grandparents. He is very involved in church and civic functions. They have both served on various charitable foundation boards. Dean’s physical therapy practice has always centered around kind, compassionate, patient care. He is well respected in medical circles as evidenced by the success of his practice.
