Salmon Creek Physical Therapy was founded in 1994. Dean Barrus PT was one of the original partners and later acquired the full practice in 1997. Salmon Creek PT relocated to its current location in 2000 and began its expansion.

With Vancouver Rehabilitation and Therapy Clinic and Camas Physical Therapy as sister clinics, the resources and specialties of many skilled therapists allow a complete spectrum of services offered to the community. Together as a team we have six licensed physical therapists, one licensed occupational therapist, five licensed physical therapy assistants, two licensed massage therapists, one certified athletic trainer, and one certified occupational therapy assistant
